Focus will be on polishing repertoire and improving performance skills in preparation for RCM exams, music festivals, auditions, recitals, etc.
Emphasis will also be placed on musical expression without excess physical tension. Classes are open to singers and instrumentalists and their accompanists.

Repertoire: Beethoven Sonata Op. 13The following courses are available in preparation for the RCM Exams that will take place on August 6th & 7th, 2010:
West Point Grey School of Music is pleased to offer a theoretical course based on the new RCM Piano Pedagogy Certificate Program requirements. RCM has recently established three levels in Piano Pedagogy: Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced. The sum of these three levels is equivalent to the traditional ARCT Teacher's Diploma.
Who might be interested in this new program of studies?
• Students who would like teaching certification before reaching the
ARCT level;
• Performer's ARCT recipients who would like teaching certification;
• Experienced teachers who are currently uncertified.
